Ok! So this was actually a picture I drew awhile ago but just now got around to coloring. It was basically just a picture of Romano suddenly remembering a time with Spain and, under all his tsundereness, missing it some. It's also kind of my head canon on how the "Moostache!" was born, because I mean all good things come to those who Spain, am i right?:iconspainplz: Haha horrible grammar and puns...two things us Americans are great at!
